Returns

  • You have 14 days to return the item, starting on the day of receiving the item.
  • Each item has a tag attached; once you remove the tag, the item is considered sold and cannot be returned.
  • If there is an issue with the item or if its condition does not match the description, please contact us immediately via email at info@touchedvintage.com, and include your invoice number in the correspondence.
  • The item must be unused and returned with the tag still attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and complete. If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Touched Vintage is not responsible for any damage to the package during return shipping.
  • We recommend returning the item fully insured.
  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We only accept returns within the EU.
  • Returns from outside the EU are not accepted.
  • Upon cancellation of the agreement, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days at the latest.
  • The reimbursement will be processed using the same invoice as the original payment for the product.
