Shipping
Touched Vintage ships fully insured worldwide. Touched Vintage is located in the Netherlands, always check your country import duties outside the European Union. We offer secure shipping via PostNL within the Netherlands and Belgium up to €5500,-. Outside the Netherlands and/or with a value above €5500,- we ship with DHL.
With the following delivery time:
- Netherlands/Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- Outside Europe: 3-7 business days
Would you rather pick up the item? This is possible on location in Naaldwijk. Choose this option during checkout and we will contact you for an appointment.
Returns
Touched Vintage offers a 14 day returns policy within Europe.
In order to request a return, please email info@touchedvintage.com with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, we will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email. Use your invoice number in the correspondence.
The item can only be unused and returned with the tag still on. The costs for the return are for the customers themselves and all return shippings to Touched Vintage must be traceable.
Outside the EU we are not accepting returns. Sale and discount items can not be returned. Jewelry can not be returned due to hygiene.
